Refund Policy for Software Products

To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you online, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

All payments for online content are processed by Qumark Marketing Ltd. (Qumark). All requests for a refund must be made directly to Qumark as described below. Your right to obtain a refund for downloaded content products lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a refund must be made to Qumark within 3 days of the date Qumark made access to the content available to you for download (the “Purchase Date”), and Qumark must receive, at its offices via email or post, your fully completed and signed Affidavit of Product Deletion within 30 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made until the Affidavit has been received by Qumark.

Qumark is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays. If you are concerned that your emailed Affidavit may not have been received by Qumark due to Internet service issues, spam filters or for any other reason, it is your sole responsibility to use postal mail to ensure that a written copy of the Affidavit has been delivered. You are encouraged to keep a record of the date posted, and copies of the Affidavit and any postal receipts.

To receive a refund for downloaded content products, you must obtain from Qumark an Affidavit of Product Deletion including your signature and the date signed. Please provide Qumark with your e-mail address even if you send your Affidavit by postal mail.

To request an Affidavit, download a copy in PDF format, or if you cannot download the document for technical or other reasons, you must immediately send an email request to [email protected] with a valid email address and a copy will be sent to you. That copy will be sent via return email in PDF format. If you would prefer a Word document format (.docx) you must specify that in your email request.

If you do not have an email address to receive the form, you must provide us with a current valid postal address and a form will be mailed to you. A request for a mailed version of the Affidavit must by made by calling the ASAP Elearning support line at 1-866-609-2727 so that the date and time of the request can be recorded. Remember, no matter how you choose to receive and/or return the form, you are still responsible for meeting the limited time rule as laid out above. You must fill out any missing information on the Affidavit of Product Deletion, sign and date the Affidavit, and return it to Qumark as instructed on the form. Once Qumark receives your properly completed and signed Affidavit of Product Deletion within the time frame laid out above, Qumark will provide a refund to you for the amount you paid for the product.

Qumark will charge a 10% processing fee for all refunds issued, unless otherwise provided for in communication with you during the refund verification process. If you feel you have a valid reason for not having to pay the processing fee (technical issues at the product site, or sudden and unexpected physical impairment, are examples of a ‘valid reason’) please include this information in the Notes section of your affidavit. Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. If you purchased by cheque, Qumark will send you a cheque, so please be sure we have your mailing address.


Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions

All subscription services are provided by annual contract, prepaid.

Service begins as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. Your contract will not renew automatically unless stated in your original purchase agreement. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand.

If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

To request a refund, you must send an email request to [email protected] with a valid email address and the receipt number issued at the time of purchase. The request must be made by the person or organization who made the original purchase. If you have any difficulty reaching us by email, you can make your request by calling the ASAP Elearning toll free support line at 1-866-609-2727 and providing us with your receipt number, the name of the person requesting the refund, and a valid email address. Once your refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email of the amount of the refund and the date it was issued.
